Organisations these days are continuously faced with change. It is crucial that managers are equipped with the necessary understanding of the change processes and the various factors and strategies that lead to successful change processes. They will have to effectively and efficiently develop strategies to drive change processes in their organizations. This knowledge and readiness to lead their team to embrace change will determine if their teams are leading change or being led by change instead.

  • Sponsor programmes and initiatives to gain buy-in from relevant stakeholders
  • Implement change management strategy

Part 4: Evaluate and refine change management strategy

  • Monitor, evaluate and refine change management strategy and programmes
  • Demonstrate empathy and open-ness to feedback
  • Self-reflection to identify areas for improvement
  • Improve own capability by subscribing to diverse learning channels and discussion platforms
