The aim of this module is to provide a better understanding of the basic elements of the logistics operations. This include the areas of order processing pertaining to the delivery of customer orders, management of transportation or shipping and warehouse management.
Participants will have a clear understanding on decision making regarding each of these functions on the transportation cost and operations efficiency of the whole logistics system.
Participants will be able to have a broad perspective of the importance of shipping, operations, buyer & seller responsibilities and customs regulations & procedure.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;
