A sound body leads to a sound mind. This highly interactive workshop will provide participants with an insight into the causes of physical and psychological stress. Participants will learn to identify the symptoms of stress and what can be done to relieve stress and achieve wellness. They will also be taught holistic wellness techniques involving the use of the mind, body and soul. Natural therapies such as visualization, deep breathing exercises, music therapy, aromatherapy, pet therapy and laughter therapy will be included in this hands-on workshop.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;
