Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to:
- Seek comments and feedback to ensure messages are received and understood
- Explain organization’s strategies and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to team members to facilitate decision-making processes
- Work with team to develop, assess and select most appropriate decisions to meet team and organizational objectives based on success rate and risk factor considerations

- No prior experience or knowledge required
- Min 18 years old
- Primary school level onwards
- Able to read, write and speak in English (WLPN Level 3 and above)
