The Basic FM Enabler is to address the communication gaps in terms of terminologies between FM practitioners and the security officers is evident in the built environment industry segment. Introduced with FM terminologies (name/labels) of various key components of building services/ systems that security officers are likely to encounter in the course of their duties, particularly common incidents like fire sprinklers burst, water supply disruptions, air con condensation, etc. This course enables participants to:
- Acquire an understanding on an overview of the major systems that supports the building operations and functions.
- Able to describe the key components of building systems/services.
- Able to record accurately affected building components in incident reports in the event of a situation.
Pre-requisites
- At least a lower secondary educational qualification
OR
- Able to listen and speak in English at WPLN Level 4
- Able to read and write in English at WPLN Level 4

- 10 Pneumatic Waste Collection Station
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
e-Certificate of Participation will be issued to the participants who meet the attendance requirement and pass the assessment
