Course Outline

The two-day programme provides the platform for participants to understand the impending change resulting from digital disruption, and how job roles are evolving for themselves and their team. The program focuses on supporting participants to develop an open mindset to the impending change and to anchor oneself as leaders in leading change. The program also equips participants with coaching skills to empathise and guide their teams on the change journey

 

Mode of Assessment

  • Scenario based segment to assess demonstration of having confidence to cope with changes in the workplace
  • Scenario based Role-play session to assess ability to demonstrate coaching skills to help individual through challenging situations
  • An online Post-course Assessment of 7 MCQ questions on the theories and knowledge covered in the program

 

Certification Obtained and Conferred by

A Certificate of Competency will be issued by NTUC LearningHub
