Course Overview
This course is to understand individuals role in business plans, executing and adapting implementation plans including the monitoring and reporting of the outcomes of the implementation of the business plans.

The target audience for this programme includes new entrants into the F & B business, current hawkers who want to enhance their knowledge and skills, midlife PMEs who want to own their own or franchise business and those who want a career change.
Course Outline
Learners will be able to perform the following:
- Clarify own role in business plans to be able to facilitate the execution of implementation plans
- Execute implementation plans found in business plans in a timely manner in consultation with stakeholders
- Adapt implementation plans when necessary to ensure alignment with overall objectives
- Monitor and report on outcomes to relevant stakeholders
