At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

- Apply the generally recognized practices of project management acknowledged by Project Management Institute (PMI)® to successfully manage project.
- Prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Exam.
Pre-requisites
- To ensure your success in this course, you should have a basic understanding of project management concepts and/or working experience with project management. This can be achieved by attending Project Management Essentials (NICF059) or ICAgile Certified Professional (IT01A19)
- To sit for the official PMP certification exam, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
- A degree
- 36 months leading projects within the last 8 years
- 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
— OR —
- A high school diploma (equivalent to GCE O-Level) or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
- 60 months leading projects within the last 8 years
- 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
- As this is an intensive 5-day course, please commit to the full 5-day schedule as absence or breaks in between would likely be disruptive to your learning journey.

Remarks
- Trainee must complete the course with at least 90% attendance.
- Fulfill the PMP exam criteria.
- Submit credentials to PMI to apply for the PMP exam.
