This course helps to equip participants in supervisory positions with generic occupational safety and health competencies to implement effective workplace safety and health (WSH) management and to maintain WSH policies.

This course is targeted at staff in supervisory positions who have to be responsible for maintaining the WSH policies and procedures. It may also be useful to people in small businesses or to self-employed workers.

Upon successful completion and assessment of each training module, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA). The SOA is a nationally-recognised qualification indicating the participant's ability of competence in a particular area.
