This course is a combination of three Microsoft courses that will prepare candidates to sit for Exam MS-100, which is one of the required exams to achieve Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

  •   MS-100T01: Office 365 Management
  •   MS-100T02: Microsoft 365 Tenant & Service Management
  •   MS-100T03: Microsoft 365 Identity Management

In this course, participants will learn about

  •   Office 365 Management, including key components of Office 365, how to move your organization to Office 365, how to configure Office 365, and how to manage Office 365 ProPlus deployments.
  •   Microsoft 365 Tenant and Service Management, including how to plan, manage, and customize your organizations Microsoft 365 tenant and services.
  •   Microsoft 365 Identity Management, including how to manage user security groups and licenses for cloud identities, and how to plan and implement identity synchronization, federated identities, applications, and external access.

 

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for persons who are aspiring to the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin role and have completed one of the Microsoft 365 role-based administrator certification paths:

Mode of Assessment

Participants must complete a paper-based assessment during the class.

 

Certification Obtained and Conferred by

1.  Certificate of Achievement from Microsoft

Certificate of Achievement from Microsoft will be issued to participants who have met at least 75% attendance and passed the prescribed assessment(s).

2.  Statement of Attainment from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), Statement of Attainment (SOAs) will be issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to certify that the participant has achieved the following Competency Standard(s):

  •   Infrastructure Design (ICT-DES-3003-1.1)

3.  External Certification Exam

This course will prepare participants for MS-100 Exam. Upon passing both Exam MS-100 and Exam MS-101, participants will receive Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification from Microsoft.
