Course Overview

 

This course covers the latest legislation of lifting operations, safe lifting procedures of different type of cranes and various case studies will be discussed to identify causes of cranes accidents.

Pre-requisites

 

You must be a MOM-registered crane operator with a valid licence.

 

If your licence is expired, you must contact the following providers for re-test/refresher course/recourse accordingly.

6 months to less than 3 years Pass the re-test conducted by an accredited training provider.

A re-test is required for each scope/crane type.

You must attend a Full/Refresher Course if you fail the re-test

  2. Mobile Crane (Truck Mounted)
  3. Tower Crane (Saddle Jib)
  4. Tower Crane (Luffing Jib)
  5. Mobile Crane (on MRT Tracks Only)

ITE Singapore

3 years to less than 5 years Attend a refresher course and pass the test conducted by an accredited training provider.

A refresher course and test are required for each scope/crane type.
