These are the admission requirement:
- To be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WS level 4
- To be able communicate information effectively and work in a team
- To be able to plan and organise resources and activities to complete work activities within timeframes
- Has basic technology knowledge (eg. Know how to serve the web and has email address)

- Prepare and serve espresso
- Types and uses of tools and equipment for espresso
LU 4 Preparing and Serving cafe latte and cappuccinos
- Prepare and serve cafe latte and cappuccinos
- Types and uses of tools and equipment for latte and cappuccinos
LU 5 Equipment Safety and Maintenance
- Maintenance of coffee-making equipment
- Types, characteristics, functions and quality indicators of ingredients used to brew specialty coffees
