The study of human movement, from a neuromechanical perspective, provides us with great insights into how the central nervous system participates in volitional human movement.

There's a decision-making process implicit in each movement, that is related to the nervous system and its different functions. Understanding how human movement and motor learning work, are tools that can be used to improve the quality of thought processes in general, and the logic of motor functions and decisionmaking, in particular.

In this course, we offer you the tools and knowledge necessary to learn about the logic and physiology of the decision-making process in relation to volitional movement, so that you will be able to develop athletes with improved motor awareness and a stronger capacity to make decisions.
