While business leaders have often expressed that people are their most important assets, they are often disappointed when it comes to the development and learning of their most important assets. They often lament that the people do not possess the skills required to cope with the business requirements or that the people are not motivated to learn.

This program aims to establish a tight connection between the investment that a company makes in training and developing its staff, and what the business really needs. Business-driven learning needs analysis helps HR and Learning professionals be connected to real business concerns and then developing an organization learning plan that is relevant, aligned and supportive of business requirements.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;
  • Understand the difference between training needs and learning needs
  • Learn the skills needed to conduct an effective learning needs analysis
  • Enable participants to develop an organization learning plan that is relevant and aligned to what the business really wants
