Have you ever thought about why we are unable to manage your impulsive emotions? It is because our feeling brain is faster than our thinking brain. The fact that our ability or inability to control an emotion will largely depend on how much on how long we have been “feeding “the emotions.
If we don’t take charge of our emotions, they will automatically become a slave to them. Our goal should be “I don’t want to be at the mercy of our emotions; instead, I want to dominate them and use them to my advantage.
It is either we control our emotions or it controls us.
