An Organisation’s greatest asset is its people. Whether an Organisation’s business ventures would be a success or a failure is dependent very much on its employees’ performance and attitude. Supervisors and Managers are expected to be able to manage people effectively, leading, motivating, counselling and keeping them inspired. Long gone are the days where the Human Resource Department is expected to perform directly such functions.
