To achieve breakthrough level results from Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiative, a critical mass of people must be trained in Green Belt to function effectively in process improvements.

This course is designed for development of a comprehensive set of skills that will allow you to achieve the full potential of LSS strategy. The Green Belt (GB) body of knowledge includes techniques for both quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as the systems thinking approach necessary to get projects done. GB participants are required to bring a real-life project to the class for effective learning.

Key Benefits
  • Learn the principles of Systems Thinking embedded into LSS methodology
  • Learn and apply DMEDI model as a framework to organise process improvement activity
  • Learn and apply analytical thinking and synthetic thinking for process improvement
  • Learn and apply idealised design approaches
  • Learn how to use Minitab to do data analysis and design of experiment
  • Get Green Belt certified if successfully complete one GB project and pass GB theory test
