  • There are 3 courses under the Service Booster! series, catering to service providers with different level of experience in customer service. Part 1 in all 3 courses covers similar contents.  Part 2 in all 3 courses are differentiated.

Participants will learn through videos about the future of Retail / F&B, group discussions, presentations, customer journey mapping, experiential learning activities, and personal reflections.
