- Self-examine one’s mental health state and stressors affecting self and apply preventive and proactive techniques for personal self-care
- Identify risks to the team’s well-being
- Facilitate the team’s well-being plan
Course Objectives
The objective of this program is to empower trainees with tools and techniques to develop a well-being plan for their teams and organisations. This includes preventive and proactive techniques to tackle stress and burnout.

This course has no pre-requisites.
- Hardware & Software
This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform. Participants must own a zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. This can be downloaded from https://zoom.us/download

Course Outline
Perform Personal Self-Care
- Learn main mental health issues, signs, symptoms and causes
- Self-examine his/her own behaviour in the last 12 months and life events that may cause stress
- Learn various proactive and preventive techniques that they may apply to manage their own self-care and well-being
Risks to the team’s well-being
- Learn how to facilitate discussions with the team on areas that can cause difficulty or increase stress levels
- Identify signs of burnout for the team
Team’s well-being plan
- Construct a team well-being plan considering the strategies to address certain stress/pain points
Written Assessment and Case Study
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
Upon completion of the course, a Certification of Completion endorsed by NTUC LearningHub will be issued to all participants.
