Pre-requisites

 

Completed PSLE and are able to speak, read and write in basic English

or

Participants with the following competency ratings from the Employability Skills System (ESS) are eligible:

  • Listening/Speaking  Min. Level 4
  • Reading/Writing  Min. Level 4
  • Numeracy  Min. Level 4

 

Course Outline

 

  • Recognise the importance, types and concepts of productivity framework, productivity measurement and innovation

 

  • Identify the individual role in contributing to innovative culture

 

  • Identify the types of internal and external factors affecting productivity improvement and the types of innovative practices within the workplace

 

  • Apply Techniques to generate innovative ideas using relevant innovation methods

 

  • Prepare a productivity and innovation road map and action plan to support the implementation of innovative practices
