Course Outline
- Recognise the importance, types and concepts of productivity framework, productivity measurement and innovation
- Identify the individual role in contributing to innovative culture
- Identify the types of internal and external factors affecting productivity improvement and the types of innovative practices within the workplace
- Apply Techniques to generate innovative ideas using relevant innovation methods
- Prepare a productivity and innovation road map and action plan to support the implementation of innovative practices
