Course Overview

This is a recertification for those who work in the construction industry and are required to renew their Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) safety pass.

Course Objectives

At the end of the programme, you will be able to:

• Renew your Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) safety pass, with an extension of 2 or 4 years depending on your work experience in the industry

Pre-requisites

You must possess a Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC)/ Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (AWCS) safety pass before, in order to be eligible to attend the CSOC recertification assessment.

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

Upon and passing of the exam, you will receive a safety pass which is valid for a period of 2 or 4 years, depending on the years of your working experience in the related industry in Singapore.

Note: If you have less than 6 years of working experience in Singapore, you will get a safety pass that is valid for 2 years. Those with more than 6 years of working experience in Singapore, will get a safety pass that is valid for 4 years.

Should you fail the re-certification exam, you will be required to attend the Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (AWCS) course and pass the assessment to renew your existing CSOC pass. Please click here for course details.
