Learners will identify the fraud risks in procurement and contracting processes, detect red flags that might be indicative of fraud and corruption. Learners will understand the value of procurement analytics algorithm in identifying procurement anomalies and maximise procurement productivity. In addition, learners will understand how procurement analytics can enhance procurement enforcement, detect fraud and corruption, and reduce non-compliance audit findings.
Pre-requisites
- Learners are assumed to able to speak, listen, write and read English proficiently.
- Communicate information effectively and work in a team.
- Understand and apply factual and procedural knowledge.
- Apply basic cognitive and technical skills to carry out defined tasks and solve routine problems using simple procedures and tools.
- Use limited discretion in resolving issues or enquiries
