This course is aimed for the Marketing Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Senior Business Analyst/Senior Market Research Analyst/Senior Market Analyst/ Sales Manager/ Commodities Trading Manager/ Senior Commodities Trader/ Derivatives Trading Manager/ Senior Derivatives Trader/ Operations Manager/ Procurement Manager/Sourcing Manager/ Credit Manager/ Treasury Manager/ Trade Finance Manager/ Risk Manager/ Regulations and Trade Controls Manager who are responsible for resource analysis, planning, monitoring, reviewing, and suggesting gap-closing solutions for strategy planning enhancements and continual improvements.
At an individual level, this course is able to help the learner to develop resource allocation plans and implementation of strategies and policies.
At an organisation level, this course is able to help the organisation to develop organisational strategies and policies by analysing the impact of internal and external influencing factors and seeking consultation from relevant stakeholders.
Pre-requisites
Track 1
Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level (WPLN) 6 or above.
Or
“O” Level English – Grade B
Track 2
Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level (WPLN) 5 or above.
Or
“N” Level English – Grade B
Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
Statement of Attainment (SOA) from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) will be issued for each module graded competent.
