Design Thinking integrates the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success. It focuses on taking action to quickly build, test and refine ideas for digital transformation.
This program focuses on helping participants to facilitate and guide stakeholders to apply design thinking methodologies in an increasingly digital world. It addresses the obstacles and hindrances to implementing design thinking for the organisation and explore the potential of Design Thinking in collaboration with other tools and methodologies.

Course Objectives
- Communicate to team members the principles and concepts of innovation, creativity, and design thinking processes
- Engage stakeholders to apply design thinking as strategies for creativity and innovation
- Develop a design brief from the organisation’s strategies and values
- Guide participants to use design thinking processes and methodologies
- Create metrics and criteria to measure outcomes of prototypes
- Promote the implementation of design thinking for the organisation
- Explain the concept of innovation management.
