Corporate business communication is a set of activities aimed at orchestrating and integrating all external and internal communications to create a shared favourable view by various stakeholders within the organisation.


Upon completion of this module, participants will learn how to identify and analyse the various communication needs and styles of internal stakeholders within their organisations. They will also understand how to identify the various decisions-making styles of various key stakeholders in their organisations and craft the right persuasive company messages.


At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:

  • Analyse communication using various communication models
  • Identify elements that enhance the persuasiveness of a message
  • Craft persuasive messages that are aligned to the intended purpose
