Upon course completion, learners will be able to:
- Apply advanced formatting options such as conditional formatting and customized number formatting and handle worksheets
- Use functions such as those associated with logical, statistical, financial and mathematical operations
- Create charts and apply advanced chart formatting
- Work with tables and lists to analyse, filter and sort data. Create and use scenarios
- Validate and audit spreadsheet data
- Enhance productivity by working with named cell ranges and macros
- Use linking, embedding and importing features to integrate data
- Compare and merge spreadsheets. Apply spreadsheet security features
Pre-requisites
The admission requirements are:
- Have advance knowledge on Excel spreadsheet such as using Cells, Rows and Columns, Formulas and Functions, Formatting, Charts and preparing Outputs
- Read, write, and speak English at WPL Level 4
- Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4

- This course will be conducted as a Virtual Live Class (VLC) via Zoom platform
- Participants must own a Zoom account and have a laptop or a desktop with “Zoom Client for Meetings” installed. Download from zoom.us/download.

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by
- Upon meeting 75% attendance and passing the assessment, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as [LOG-LDR-2006-1.1 Data and Statistical Analysis].
- Upon meeting 75% attendance and passing the assessment, participants will be awarded with a digital Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.
- External Certification Exam
Successful trainees who have passed the SSG assessment, will be able to sit for the ICDL external in-class examination. Trainees who have sat and passed and completed the exams will receive the internationally recognised ICDL Certificate upon completion of the course. This certificate is administered by ICDL Singapore, a new initiative from ECDL Foundation.
