Broader Perspective on Office Politics and How to Embrace It by MDIS

This workshop addresses the presence of office politics, and how to spot it. Participants will be equipped with skills for managing themselves in political situations.

The workshop will be highly interactive, to bring realisation to the participant on differing views on office politics, and how they are a part of it. Participants will learn of techniques used by the facilitator over his 30 years of working experience. Participants will benefit from the facilitator’s successes in leveraging on personal values, company values/culture and collaborative approaches.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;

• Appreciate why office politics exist, and understand they are a part of it
• Understand their current work environment better, and develop their response to various political situation
• Assess political situations through an assessment model
