Manager or supervisor are constantly facing challenging situations when it comes to handling people. Every individual is different and each has his own personality and expectations. In spite of these challenges we need to find ways to get employees and colleagues to co-operate and work towards a common goal.

The workshop is designed to help identify and deal with various types of difficult behavior. There is a need to understand the good intentions behind bad behavior and how to manage our responses to such behaviours. Participants will learn how to provide effective feedback and bring out the best in people at their worst through rapport building and effective communication.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to;
  • Understand and appreciate the intentions and behavior of difficult colleagues
  • Identify categories of difficult people and apply strategies to manage them
  • Analyse current approaches and explore alternative ways to manage difficult people
  • Enhance communication skills and practice methods of managing difficult people
